Hello, look at me! I am a bright, light, cozy, and soon available two-bedroom apartment in the new Kalliolähteen area of Olari, on the 4th floor. My location is excellent, as I am right next to the stunning outdoor landscapes of the central park. Your car will reside safely in the garage directly below me, and you can also charge it there as needed. You can take the elevator directly from the garage to my doorstep. A bus stop is also conveniently located next door, providing easy access to Iso Omena and other locations via public transport. Since moving in nature is good for your health, I am fortunate to reside next to lovely outdoor terrain. There are forests, hiking paths, and winter skiing trails just around the corner, as I am situated between the outdoor areas of both Olari and Puolarmetsä. And of course, pets are beneficial to us all and are therefore welcome here in Olari. I nevertheless hope that you'd enjoy being at home with me. I was completed in 2020, and my surfaces and appliances, and the whole building, are brand new. Living with me is pleasant. The light walls and cabinets create a spacious area, and the light flooring is pleasant to walk on even with bare feet. My French balcony also brings an airy feel. Both the bedroom and living room offer beautiful views, making you feel both free and secure. Grab me while you can! The water fee is an advance and is adjusted according to consumption. Parking space in the garage is 99€/month (optional cost, pay only if you need the spot), electric car charging 12€/month + used electricity (currently 25c/kWh).
