We rent out our house in central Halmstad. The house is a semi-detached house from 1915 completely renovated 2014-2018. It is located about 5 minutes' walk to the center, about 10 minutes' walk to the beach. The house consists of 3 floors, has 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, garden, parking...etc. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, and dining room with access to the garden. On floor 1 there is a double room, a single room, and a toilet with shower. Upstairs in the attic, there is a room of 20m2. In the basement, there are 2 bedrooms, the laundry room, and a toilet with shower. The house is perfect for a family with teenagers. I am renting out the house as I moved in with a partner 1 year ago. The family currently renting moved in August 2025 but is moving back to their home country USA at the end of July (they have written a letter of recommendation).
