Bought a villa in Hälsingland and will spend about 75% of my time there. Renting out this incredibly well-planned apartment for 50-75% of the time (we'll agree on an arrangement). That is, depending on what works best for you, but I will need access to the apartment about 1 week per month due to work. Probably only suitable for someone with a similar remote work setup. 1 room + sleeping alcove. Nice balcony in a good location. Close to subway and cafes as well as restaurants. The apartment is super cozy and in good condition. Nice view and on sunny days, the sunsets become magical in spring. About 4-5 minutes walking distance to the subway, which takes less than 15 minutes to the central station. Rented out fully furnished as in the pictures, with a couple of exceptions: The desk, TV, and plants (the plants can be discussed if it's important that they remain) will not be left in the apartment. I plan for this arrangement until December at least. Water, heating, electricity + internet are included in the rent. Your rent is therefore between 5600-7500 SEK / month, including tenant fee to Qasa 600 SEK. Let's talk further about what a good arrangement might look like.
