You have access to the laundry room, living room, balcony, fruit garden and conservatory (glass room 22 sqm with underfloor heating and sliding doors) as well as access to a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own food. In other words! more space and better standard than an apartment. It takes 8-10 minutes. by public transport to the center (Brunnsparken or central station) and 4-5 minutes by car (not during rush hour). Six buses operate the route to and from the center, buses 18,19,40,45,52 and 143 which often means NO waiting times. The rent is 5,550 SEK/month for only one person including furniture, heating, water, electricity and 24h broadband. The tenant must be an absolutely non-smoking person.
