We want to rent out our apartment (a studio) in Hallonbergen, with about a 3-minute walk to the center and the subway. The apartment is also close to Lötsjön (a stone's throw) and within walking distance to Mall of Scandinavia. We are looking for a tenant who can move in after an agreement and we want to rent out for a longer period, at least 12 months.** Apartment Facts - Area: approx. 15 sqm - The apartment is rented furnished - Storage is available. Equipment - Hall with wardrobe for clothing storage - Shower and toilet - Living room furnished with bed/sofa/desk and TV, etc. - Kitchenette with fridge with built-in freezer compartment, stove, fan, and microwave Rent Rent: SEK 7,500/month** The rent includes: electricity, heating, TV, and home insurance. Requirements - You must have a stable income, be well-behaved and responsible, and have no payment remarks. A credit/background check may be conducted. - A deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent is required as security/guarantee. - No pets. - Non-smokers only. - References from previous tenants may be requested.
