Eddagatan, Uppsala

Hello! I will have a room available at the beginning of June and I'm looking for a roommate now! The room is about 12m². The apartment itself is a 4-room apartment about 95m² in total and is very centrally located in Uppsala (Eddagatan 13), close to most things. The rent is about 4776 SEK per person. We also share the cost for broadband, electricity, insurance, and water. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment and a laundry room in the same building. 1 month's rent in advance and 2 full calendar months' notice for both. Experience and willingness to live with others is a strong advantage, regardless of whether you are introverted or extroverted. Not having any problems compromising with others or for that matter being comfortable bringing up things that disturb you is also something that's definitely good. A well-developed social competence and maturity simply makes it significantly easier to live with others. If you feel you fit in somewhat, get in touch! To make it a bit easier for me, write a simple presentation of yourself and why you're an awesome roommate and send it as a DM. Then it will be a bit easier for me to go through all the applications, find those I think fit in and would get along with us best, and get in touch to arrange a meeting with me/us living here to check out the room + the rest of the apartment. There are a total of 3 of us living here and it is me and a girl in her 24s who is studying, whom you might live with. More than that I'll let her tell herself.
