Would you like to embrace a fresh start in your life by living in an apartment with high ceilings, in a beautiful building, where calm, luxury, and history come together in the same home? With access to one of Örebro's most beautiful courtyards with two large fountain pools – and a balcony that evokes southern Europe — then I have a residence I'd happily share with you. The apartment is located in the old Engelbrekt School near Oskarsparken, and I am renting out two rooms: • Room 1 (9.4 sqm) – with an adjoining walk-in closet where there is a built-in loft bed (about 110 cm). There are more square meters depending on how you count the alcove as. A private toilet with shower is just outside. • Room 2 (12.2 sqm) – is located adjacent to the kitchen. The room's furnishing can be adapted to needs. The only thing I don't have extra is a freestanding bed. There is a cat in the apartment, so it might be good to consider allergies. You are well-behaved, have an orderly economy, are mature, and take responsibility for shared spaces. I would like to live with 1-2 students now this fall, here the rent might be lower depending on how many we are. I appreciate straightforward communication about practical things and am very unpretentious as a person. I rent out rooms because my place is too big, and I enjoy living with others. I have previously lived in a collective and enjoy doing things together sometimes but value alone time. It should be completely okay to retreat to one's own when coming home. I am happy to rent out for the number of months we agree on initially, with an option to extend if it feels good for both of us. I am very flexible and can rent out for shorter periods if you only need a temporary place to stay!
