Spacious and peaceful house near Mälaren for rent. Perfect for both weekly summer living and longer stays from late summer. The house has 2 bedrooms and a total of 4 beds and can be expanded if needed. Large plot with plenty of space for relaxation and activities. On the plot there are: * Heated pool * Access to wood-fired sauna in the community * Grill and several outdoor terraces The accommodation is located in a nature-close and peaceful environment with proximity to swimming and nice walking trails. Access to a rowing boat with motor and a private dock in the bay is included, providing the opportunity for wonderful trips on Mälaren. In part of the barn, there is also a simpler guest room with 4–6 extra beds, perfect for larger groups. (Note that the guest room lacks water and is only used for overnight stays.) The house is suitable for both summer living and long-term rental. From October 1st, we preferably seek longer rentals to the right tenant. Note that this is a living home - some personal belongings remain. The house is best suited for people looking for a quiet and nature-close accommodation rather than modern villa standards. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. The house is rented because it has not been or will not be used, and we are therefore looking for a responsible tenant who appreciates the environment and takes good care of the house. For long-term rentals, there is an opportunity to discuss furnishing according to needs. Deposit: Depends on the rental period. Refundable after approved inspection.
