Eneby skogsväg, Enebyberg

Now our tenant has long since moved out and there is an opportunity for someone new to move into our cozy little cottage located in nature, but right on the edge of the residential area in Enebyberg. It is a detached house separate from our main building. It is about 800m to Eneby Torg with shops, restaurants, cafes, tobacco, health center, etc. There is also a bus to Mörby C. It is possible to park a car or bike outside the house. The forest with running tracks etc. is right by the property, and it is just over a kilometer down to Rösjön with a swimming area. It is a small residence with little storage space and no laundry facilities, so it is not so suitable for permanent residence. Previous tenants have had other accommodation and used the cottage as an overnight apartment, which it is excellent for. We would gladly see a similar solution now.
