Room in mini collective at Värmdö, Strömmadal, 35 min by bus from Slussen. Do you want to live with nice people close to lakes, forests and the sea but still near the city? Available in the collective: Small room with its own entrance. It is in the main house with shared access to the kitchen, toilet and shower, living room with fireplace, piano and projector and several terraces as well as a garden with sauna! Rent: 4500 SEK/month including wifi and all other bills. Access is possible immediately. Surroundings: Beautiful forest plot, 10 min walk to two swimming lakes. Close to the sea and marina with two restaurants at the Strömma canal. Transportation: 10 min walk to the bus (3 min if you run like Nanna ;)) The bus journey from Slussen to Värmdö takes between 30-40 min depending on traffic, smooth journey via the highway. Large shopping center in Mölnvik, 10 min by car, 15 min by bus. About us: Nanna (43 years old) works as a nurse in a palliative care unit and otherwise loves live music, cooking, dancing and practicing Spanish. Elsa (41 years old) is a behavioral scientist, works in HR and culture, loves old movies, DJing and crafting. Matthew (39 years old) grew up in California but prefers Sweden due to the weather. He likes sailing but actually prefers fixing boats and loves singing and cooking strange food. Elsa and Nanna bought the house eight years ago. We are good friends and we love the special forest plot without insight, the proximity to the forest, sea and at the same time close to the big city! We have all lived in collectives or other shared housing for most of our adult lives and feel very comfortable with it. Above all, we think that a collective is best when everyone, without any social pressure, enjoys social interaction and living in a collective. Elsa and Matthew are home a lot but also move around a bit. Nanna works in the city and lives a lot with her partner. We have irregular working hours. As a collective, we have a rotating cleaning schedule every week and cook for each other when we are home at the same time. We have social lives and are happy to invite friends over for dinners and movie nights. Personality chemistry is most important to us!
