From mid-September to **May 15, 2027**, I am renting out my fully furnished house on Ljusterö. A cozy and personal accommodation of **56 m² with two bedrooms**, large patio, fiber, and parking. You’ll live peacefully and close to nature, while there is bus service for those who need to travel towards Stockholm. The house is perfect for a person or a couple looking for a real home during the fall, winter, and spring – maybe you work remotely, are between two residences, have a temporary assignment in the Stockholm area, or just want to try out life in the archipelago. ### The House The house is decorated in New England style and is rented out **fully furnished – just move in.** Here you’ll find: * Two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds * A larger bedroom with a desk and good workspace * Fiber 100/100 Mbit – excellent for remote work and video meetings * Kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open floor plan * Bathroom with shower and Separett toilet * Large terrace with several seating areas * Outdoor dining set * Outdoor kitchen and grill * Sofa group and reading chair on the terrace * Parking * Pets are welcome The house is located high and beautifully on Ljusterö with nature around – a home for those who appreciate peace, archipelago life, and actually being able to come home and relax. Rent **7,000 SEK/month, excluding utilities.** Internet via fiber and garbage collection included. Electricity is added after actual consumption and usually ranges from **750–2,000 SEK/month**, depending on the season, temperature, and how much electricity is used. Rental Period **Mid-September 2026 – May 15, 2027.** Primarily looking for someone who wants to rent for most or all of the period. Who am I looking for? Above all, someone who will enjoy living here and will take care of the house as their own home. You are non-smoking, orderly, and have good references. The house may suit a single person or a couple equally well, and a well-behaved dog is also welcome. Since this is my private home when I am in Sweden, I would also appreciate it if you could sometimes empty the mailbox, email any important mail, and water a few plants.
