Welcome to a cozy collective in a newly renovated and charming 1940s villa in Huddinge! Do you dream of living in a home with wonderful community, plenty of space, and a warm atmosphere? Then this collective is something for you! We are now renting out a room in our fantastic villa – immediate move-in and indefinite stay. About the house: • Charm and comfort: The house is a lovely 1940s villa with a fireplace and modern hydronic underfloor heating. There is a cozy open fireplace where you can enjoy a warm fire on chilly days. It is newly renovated, fresh, and bathed in natural light. • Generous common areas: In addition to your own private room, you will have access to two large living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two bathrooms with sauna. There is plenty of space here for both social moments and relaxation. • Practical and convenient: Plenty of parking spaces and a quiet location in a pleasant villa area close to nature. Walking distance to Huddinge station and only 16 minutes by commuter train to the Central Station. Who we are looking for: We would like you, who move in, to be: • Social and friendly, with a genuine interest in communal living. • Neat and responsible, so that we can create a pleasant environment together. The best part about our collective is the flexibility – the house is so spacious that you can choose to socialize with us when you want, or enjoy peaceful time alone in your room. About you: We welcome those who work, study, research, or have connections to Karolinska in Huddinge, but anyone with an open mind for community is warmly welcome to get in touch. Interested?
