We are renting out a room of 11 sqm in our 5-room apartment, which has 2 kitchens, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room has a nice view of a large and leafy courtyard. You share one of the kitchens with another tenant; the bathroom and an extra toilet are shared with the rest of the residents. My son and a tenant, both in their 30s, live in the apartment. I myself only live here a few weeks a year. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Central location in Torsplan, just a stone's throw from Karolinska University Hospital. Electricity, water, and broadband are included in the rent. Rent 8000 SEK. Nearest station/stop: Torsplan bus stop, or Odenplan commuter train station.
