Hello, I am looking for a responsible lodger for my nice 2-room apartment on Tvistevägen. Primarily looking for a female lodger. You will also share the apartment with my very kind and playful dog, so it is important that you get along well with it. The apartment is on the 7th floor and has a dishwasher and a balcony. Laundry facilities are on the same floor. The bathroom is newly renovated. The location is very good - about a 10-minute walk to Umeå University and SLU, and close to IKSU Sport. It also takes about 10 minutes by bus to the city center. I am looking for someone who is calm, organized, and respectful in a shared living environment and who does not have any payment remarks.
