There is a laundry room in the building. No access to storage, but there is fairly good storage space in the apartment if you need it. Nice and cozy area with a nearby bakery and small center. It's a 3-minute walk to the subway. Fantastic natural areas are right nearby. I am looking for a well-behaved, calm, clean, and non-smoking tenant with references who is ONLY present during weeks/single days. You will have access to the living room (where there is a bed) with a balcony. We share the kitchen, hall, and bathroom. Wardrobe with plenty of storage and lock. ! Please note that the apartment is a 2-room apartment and the room being rented out is the living room when you are not present. !
