My wife and I are renting out our apartment on Övre Husargatan as we are going on a long trip during the winter. The apartment is perfectly located 1 minute from the tram and 3 minutes from the grocery store. If you want to take a walk, Slottskogen is 5 minutes away and Änggårdsbergen is about 10-15 minutes away. And if you’re in the mood to go out and have a drink or eat something, both Linnégatan and Vasastan are within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was renovated in 2021, so it’s new and fresh. However, the bathroom has not been renovated as there will be plumbing replacements in 2028.
