May–Oct), water to be brought in winter --- We are looking for: A responsible person or couple who wishes to use the cabin as a holiday home and is a bit handy and independent. Since we live far away, we are looking for someone who can: - Take care of lawn mowing - Clear simple brush - Have ongoing supervision of the cabin and plot For the right person, this is a great opportunity to access your own holiday spot in a beautiful environment - hence the intended "cost price" with some own time investment. --- Rent: Approx. 2,000–2,500 SEK/month (approx. 24,000–30,000 SEK/year) Rent level can be discussed depending on arrangement and commitment in maintenance. Some deposit is required (refundable at the end of the rental period).
