Tjädervägen 16A is located in a quiet and pleasant natural area on the Brevik Peninsula in Tyresö, surrounded by greenery and proximity to nature, the archipelago, and beaches. The area has daycares and schools and nice walking paths close to the water. In the vicinity, you'll find a grocery store, post office, restaurants, and other everyday services that make life easier. Tyresö center is a bit further away and offers a broader range of grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, cafes, and other services. The transportation is good, with a bus stop right down the street that takes you to Gullmarsplan and central Stockholm. For those who commute by car, it's also easy to get out onto the larger roads. There are also two proper workspaces to regularly work remotely if desired. The house offers a fantastic view of the Globe and out over Erstaviken and also has a fireplace for cozy autumn and winter evenings and even a pool that can be activated upon agreement.
