Renting out a newly renovated upstairs of my house with access to shared spaces, conservatory, and large garden. There is a dog in the residence today. The residence is available from June 8th. The upstairs is approximately 50 square meters with a wall dividing it into two rooms. Access to a private bathroom, shared shower & shared laundry room, shared kitchen, etc., is available downstairs. Parking is available if needed. The upstairs is rented unfurnished. Furnishing can be provided to some extent if desired. Bus stop about 40 meters from the house or a few hundred meters depending on weekday alt. Holiday and daytime/evening. About 30 minutes to central Umeå. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The accommodation is located in beautiful Holmsund 15 km outside of Umeå.
