Hello! I am renting out my 35 sqm apartment in Munkebäck for a year with the possibility of extension. It's a 1.5-room apartment where the kitchen is separate from the living room as shown in the pictures. It will be unfurnished, but I can leave the bed if desired. The rent is 11,000 SEK/month, all inclusive (heating, water, electricity, internet, storage space). There is a nice patio with a grill that you are welcome to use. I am looking for someone who is calm and orderly, has no payment remarks, is pet- and smoke-free, and can maintain the apartment's good condition.
