The rental apartment in our housing cooperative is available, and we look forward to welcoming a new tenant to our house located in the scenic and quiet Säbyholm outside Bro. The apartment is 40 sqm and comprises a combined living room/bedroom/kitchen - open plan with partially high ceilings on the ground floor. A small private storage space belongs to the apartment. A parking space is included. All costs for heating, water, and household electricity are included. The apartment is furnished and equipped with most necessities. A bed is currently available, a similar one can be purchased by the association if needed. A sofa can also be purchased where some consideration can be given to the tenant's preferences, the sofa in the pictures is no longer available. SL bus to and from Säbyholm runs every hour from early morning until late at night and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Opportunities for gardening are available.
