One bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped, top-modern kitchen and dining area for four. A bathroom with underfloor heating, marble floors, and marble walls. All on one floor. Patio with evening sun. Parking space available next to the accommodation. High quality of furnishings, all household appliances such as an espresso machine and coffee maker. Height-adjustable desk and office chair if needed. New apartment completed in October 2022. New and fresh with luxurious materials and all household appliances and white goods you might need for comfortable accommodation with that little extra. We have a top rating on Airbnb and are so-called Superhosts there. The entire accommodation of 40 square meters consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine with dryer, as well as a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for two. Large windows with light from three directions. Spacious patio with two terraces with garden furniture, plus a small lawn. Private entrance, private accommodation. We try to meet our guests, welcome them, and gladly give tips about Nacka and Stockholm. We live in a villa located on the same plot. The studio is located in a residential area. The neighboring houses across the street are inhabited by families with children, so we do not want any parties in the studio, and we ask guests to show consideration for the neighbors. Very quiet and safe area. You cannot/must not register your post at the address, but it is fine to have packages and letters sent to you with a C/o address to us.
