In the future, there will be room for one more person in the apartment. We are looking for someone who fits in with us. We who live here appreciate watching movies, talking about most things, or playing board games together. For general comfort, we do not use/keep drugs in the home and do not smoke indoors. We clean once a week according to a cleaning schedule, which means that each person cleans the common areas every third week. Those who have friends over obviously take care of themselves afterward. The rent for the room is 3600 SEK. The room is 10 square meters and will be furnished with a bed and a desk. Electricity and wifi fees are additional, which we share. A deposit of one month's rent is required upon signing, which will be returned upon moving out. Over the years, people who have lived here have chosen to what extent they want to socialize, so there is no obligation to hang out with the others! When people have chosen to hang out, we have watched movies, eaten, or played games together.
