For Rent: Furnished student apartment on Doktor Forselius Backe in Gothenburg during the summer I am now renting out my student apartment during the summer. The apartment is located on Doktor Forselius Backe in Gothenburg – a central, calm, and safe area with close proximity to a pizzeria, gym, and bus stop. Bus 63 runs directly outside approximately every 10 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to Linnéplatsen and 8 minutes to Korsvägen. The building was constructed in 2015 and the apartment is 24 sqm. It is rented out furnished and includes, among other things, a 120 cm bed. A table with two chairs is also available, even though it does not appear in the pictures. I am looking for a calm and responsible female tenant. The apartment is rented out smoke- and pet-free. No parties or loud noise as the house is quiet and consideration for neighbors is important.
