Hello! I'm renting out my apartment in Älmhult as I got a job in another location. The apartment is a 37 sqm studio with a separate kitchen. The apartment is rented out furnished. The kitchen has recently been repainted and renovated with a raised work surface for more ergonomic use. The kitchen has space for a dining area and is fully equipped. The main room can accommodate a bed, desk, and sofa plus a TV without any problem. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The hallway has space for a wardrobe and coat hanger. Walking distance: 10 minutes to Älmhult station 15 minutes to IKEA of Sweden Water and heating are included in the rent. Electricity can be ordered separately or added for a fixed cost of 400 SEK per month. A parking space is included in the rent. The apartment has mainly been used as a temporary stay for a few weekdays a week. It is rented with the intention to rent for at least 6 months to start with. Notice period can be discussed.
