The comfort in the apartment is in modern class with underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment. We offer a dishwasher as an option for 70 SEK/month. THE RENT Included in the rent is a supplement for broadband 100/100 and TV Lagom, the price is 300 SEK/month. Electricity and water - individual metering. This means that you do not need to sign your own agreements for electricity or hot water. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost in connection with your rent notice. SURROUNDINGS - COMMUNICATION CONNECTIONS Vega is the district emerging as a vibrant place with mixed development in scenic surroundings. The communication connections are very good as you will live only a short walk to the commuter train that takes you into central Stockholm in about 25 minutes. Next to the house, there is also the possibility to rent a parking space with priority for our residents.
