Countryside with a view over Helgumsjön. Northern lights or daylight around the clock? Equally wonderful to stay here. During the winter season, one is struck by how bright it is thanks to the snow. Proximity to alpine slopes with Hallstaberget 20 minutes away. For those who like cold baths or fishing, everything is nearby. The house is under renovation and from 1880, with many unique details remaining. If you like outdoor activities, we can recommend many places, but why not cycle or walk around the lake? Accommodation There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a view of the lake on the upper floor. Upstairs there are also two guest rooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with a single bed or alternatively a sofa bed where a child can fit. On the same floor, there is a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, toilet, and shower. In the basement, there is access to a washing machine and dryer. Guest Access Guests can use the entire space including the laundry room. Other things to note Please note that the nearest grocery store is Långsele, about 10 minutes away by car. The nearest train connection is Österforse bus station, a 6 km walk away. Note: the tenant is responsible for actual electricity consumption if renting for more than 3 months. Varied between 1100-4300 SEK last year depending on the month.
