Our apartment of about 28 square meters has become available and we are looking for a new tenant. In short, it looks like this; hall, a spacious toilet with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with chairs, bed, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The apartment is located in Edsviken in Sollentuna, 10 km north of central Stockholm with good commuting options by bus and commuter train (bus stop 100 m from the residence) to central parts of Stockholm, but the commuting location to Arlanda and Uppsala is also optimal. Kista is a stone's throw away and both Karolinska Hospital and Danderyd Hospital are within 10 km range with direct connections. The possibilities for bicycle commuting are also good. In the local area, there is Edsviken's water with swimming opportunities in the summer and ice skating in the winter. There are many beautiful places and natural areas to stroll around or exercise in, such as Tegelhagen Nature Reserve with a walking/jogging path all the way to Ulriksdal Palace. Sollentuna center is a 10-minute walk away with a hub for both buses and trains and other facilities. We are primarily looking for a weekday commuter, but are also open to hearing from other interested parties. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, fiber. Cleaning every other week can be added for a small fee (if desired). Very nice apartment in one of Stockholm’s quiet and pleasant villa suburbs! Send a PM if interested.
