Welcome to our bright and spacious family home in the peaceful neighborhood of Killinge. We are opening up our house for a temporary stay while we are away traveling, offering you a fully furnished, stylishly renovated villa designed for comfort and modern living. The Space Our home is defined by open social areas, high-quality materials, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It is a space built for both relaxation and entertaining. Main Floor: An airy, modern layout where the kitchen and living room flow together. You’ll also find a renovated guest bathroom and a practical laundry room with a separate entrance. Upper Floor: The private quarters feature three bedrooms, a large renovated bathroom, and a second living area that works perfectly as a TV room or playroom. The Guest House: In addition to the main house, there is a separate heated and air-conditioned guest house. It’s equipped with a sofa bed and a dedicated office space, making it the perfect quiet retreat for working from home or hosting visitors. Parking & EV Charging: The property is equipped with an electric car charger. Please note that the garage will be closed off during the rental period, as we will be using it to store our private belongings while we are away.
