You can get here via road 288, which is a 2+1 road (100km/h). The accommodation is a studio of 28 sqm with an open floor plan plus a terrace. The accommodation belongs to our villa, which is separated by a brick facade. The room has parquet flooring with water-based underfloor heating and light walls. Fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, fan, combined fridge/freezer, and built-in oven. Fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, towel dryer, and sink. You will of course also have the possibility to park your car right outside your door. The apartment comes fully furnished, and we are looking for someone who is considerate, calm, without any payment defaults, and preferably has references. The apartment has an independent electricity meter, which you pay for. Fiber connection and water consumption are included in your rent. Rent: 6500 SEK. Requirements for the tenant: Non-smoker and pet-free. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is paid before moving in, which is refunded when the accommodation is returned undamaged. Stable income.
