We are renting out a part of our semi-detached house to a garden enthusiast who wants to live in a peaceful and rural location, close to nature. Here you have access to a large and beautiful garden with great opportunities for personal cultivation. The residence has a practical layout with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, as well as a private patio. On the same floor, there is also an older bathroom. The upper floor consists of bedrooms and walk-in closets with plenty of storage space. The rent includes internet, water, sewage, and other fixed charges. Heating via an air-water system is shared with the other part of the house, as well as electricity for the laundry room. The tenant signs their own electricity agreement for household electricity. Just outside the door, there is a commuter bus, which provides good communication options. We would prefer a tenant with an interest in gardening, as there is both a kitchen garden and greenhouse to use, as well as fruit trees with apples, pears, and cherries. The previous tenant had a rent reduction of 1000 SEK per month in exchange for simpler garden maintenance, such as mowing the lawn and weeding.
