The house was built in 2010 so everything is fresh and new. There is a TV in the room. It has Telia's large TV package, with plenty of channels. In the apartment, there is a washing machine and dryer. The rent is 3,500 SEK and upon moving in, I also need a deposit, in the same amount. The apartment is centrally located, everything within walking distance: schools, restaurants, health center, commuter train to Gothenburg, close to buses and shops. I would of course also like to have proof that you have a steady income and preferably two references, one from a previous landlord and one from someone who knows you well.
