The reason we will need to rent out our wonderful house is that we will be living in our other house while expecting a new addition to the family at the end of the summer. This means we won't be able to use the house as much, and therefore we want to rent it out to someone who can enjoy living here. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who longs for the peace of the countryside and appreciates proximity to nature. The residence is best suited for a smaller household, such as a single person, a couple, or a small family with one child. The house is of older character and smaller size, which makes it best suited for 1-2 adults, with or without a small child. It is a home for someone who enjoys the simple life and sees the charm in an older house. We also hope that you feel comfortable living in the countryside with a private water well and sewage solution. This involves some personal responsibility, but of course, we will be available to support and explain how it works.
