Långgatan, Dalby

We want to rent out the downstairs of our house as we don't use it very much. It works perfectly as a slightly smaller cozy apartment or a larger student apartment. We are located in Dalby and are about 7 minutes from the bus station and the center. The apartment is 60 square meters and has two rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a superficial hall. There is a fireplace in the apartment and the whole downstairs has been completely renovated, so we hope to find a responsible person who will take care of it in the same condition.
