LAKESIDE GÄSTRIKLAND - HOFORS-SANDVIKEN PART OF a large house for rent for up to 4 people. Preferably we rent out for a longer period during June-September. The house is a beautiful 19th-century house with several secluded parts and several entrances. In the part we rent out, with its own entrance, there is a large room with a fireplace, lake view, comfortable double bed, sofa bed for two, dining table for four people. In the kitchen, there is a wood stove and an electric stove with an oven, there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, etc., etc. Outdoor shower, own outhouse, also a "portapotti" inside. Garden with grill and outdoor furniture. Wi-fi available. The nearest grocery store is about 9 kilometers away, to Sandviken it is about 25 kilometers and to Gävle about 50 kilometers. The house is located 100 kilometers from Uppsala. A beautiful environment with forests, fields, meadows and a small lake. Right by the house is a small beach and there are several other nice beaches you can visit. In the village, there is a small café and the village's Whiskey sometimes offers tours and tastings. Rafts can be booked for a tour of the lake if you don't want to borrow our rowboat or canoe. Furuvik Park, the zoo in Gävle is nearby. In Högbo bruk there are nice hiking trails. M/S Emma makes trips from Trebo/Sandviken almost daily. For golfers, there is Hofors golf and Högbo golf. Duvets and pillows are available for 4 people. Towels and sheets are to be brought by guests. We want a booking fee of 25% of the total rental cost, the remaining two weeks before occupancy. The booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Rent is SEK 500/night, SEK 2500/week, SEK 7000/month. The guest is responsible for final cleaning. Pets allowed by agreement. Welcome!
