Newly built, bright, modern, and energy-efficient apartment that maintains a high standard. Hökälla Säteri is located high in the southeastern part of Lillhagsparken on Hisingen in Gothenburg, directly adjacent to the forest. The apartment feels relatively large as you will have high ceilings and an open plan (kitchen/living room) which further opens up the apartment. You immediately feel that the air conditioning is very good and in the summer the apartment "breathes" more; in addition, we have an apartment where the temperature does not fall in winter but remains steadily warm. Tornet Ab as the landlord also includes a washer/dryer 2-in-1 solution. I find that it washes and dries very well. Relatively cheap electricity as consumption is about 1.7-1.8 SEK per kWh (first quarter of 2024). Balcony with good possibilities for, for example, a barbecue evening as it is 12 square meters large. Both hot water and electricity costs are measured and unfortunately not included in the rent. Close to the grocery store, hairdresser, and pizzeria. Next to the residence (around 2 minutes) there is also a bus stop where you can choose to reach the center in 20 minutes. I have not spent much time in the apartment since I moved in at the end of 2022 when the residence was newly built, which is also one of the reasons for the rental. I only want one person to live in the household. Parties and such are prohibited. I can certainly consider that animals can be brought along as this area has animals on a large scale (especially dogs). If the ad is still available, the apartment is also available for rent!
