The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Sollentuna galleria and commuter train/buses and 50 meters to the nearest grocery store and plenty of green areas. The room is closest to the front door and the apartment is shared only with me, separate toilet and bath, plant watering in the apartment included as I spend some time on a sailboat. Smoking happens occasionally but only outside on the balcony (2nd floor). Available from 2022.11.01, possibly earlier, electricity and Wi-Fi (fiber) included in the monthly fee.
