This is a side house of the large main house, with a small terrace but a fairly large enclosed yard. Dogs are on the grounds. Also a horse. Only a 10 sqm room with a new 120 bed, dresser, etc., stands there furnished today. The house is preferably rented out together with a stable place on the grounds. Small stable with 3 boxes. It's a shame that the residence is vacant. It's a bit like being a lodger in someone's apartment with your own room, but now you have your own house that is as big as a room. If you want a slightly larger residence, there is 1.5 room at about 20 sqm furnished with a 140 bed, dresser, some shelves, and built-in wardrobe right now. The rent will become slightly more expensive. During winter, September through March/April, there is a 500 SEK/m electricity surcharge. Quiet area. Also, there is a private patio to sit by, as well as a fresh/newly built outdoor toilet on the side. It is fully possible to place a microwave and coffee maker in the little house. This is the countryside, cozy environment close to swimming and shops (10 km). Smokers outdoors are not a problem. Possible dog might work. Contract written.
