Hey, I am looking for a tenant to share a partially furnished room in my 3-room, 74 sqm apartment located at the beautiful Liljeholmskajen in Stockholm. The room includes a desk, an office chair, two wardrobes, a TV stand with a TV, and a mattress (see picture). Furniture can be removed or added upon request. Move-in as soon as possible and until further notice or by agreement. The house was built in 2007 and is a stone's throw from the water. Close to the light rail (Årstadal), subway (Liljeholmen) and buses, restaurants, jogging/walking paths with an outdoor gym, piers and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as Liljeholmen's Galleria. Commuter trains are also nearby. The apartment has a balcony, dishwasher, and bathtub. There is also a crosstrainer available for use if desired. Move-in as soon as possible and until further notice/by agreement (termination notice of 2 months or by agreement). The rent is 8200 SEK and not more! In the rent, electricity, broadband, and common consumables such as dish soap, household and toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products are included. You should feel comfortable with cats as I have two, and I prefer that we get along well personality-wise to ensure a pleasant co-living situation. (If you want pets in the room, anything is fine except dogs and cats). You will have your own bedroom with exclusive access, and we will share the rest of the apartment.
