I offer a studio apartment with a balcony near the center of Rauma. Very good transport connections to the center (less than a kilometer) by walking and cycling. By car, the distance is about three kilometers. There's also a stop for bus line 2 nearby. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The sun shines into the apartment during the day. The rent includes one person's rent (water, electricity, and internet) as well as furnishings. It can be rented for at least half a year at the same price without furnishings. If you want to pay for the electricity yourself, the rent is 495 €/month for one person. An additional charge of 50 €/month is applied for each additional person living in the room. A maximum of four people can live in the apartment. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee, cats are not. The tenant pays for the desired services from the housing company, like a sauna, themselves. A 1-month rent deposit is required. Nearby the area, there's a hospital, good jogging paths, a sports hall, and a grill kiosk. There's a nearby shopping center and a supermarket in the other direction.
