See requirements for subletting below) About the apartment: - The apartment is 32 sqm (see floor plan) and is located half a floor up. - Central location at Kronhusbodarna, approx. 350 to both Brunnsparken and the Cathedral. - The apartment is rented out fully furnished, or partially if desired. - The building has two communal roof terraces, as well as three laundry rooms. Rent and costs: - Renting for 7,500 SEK/month including electricity, heating, and water. Requirements for tenant: - You must take summer courses of at least 5 credits at the University of Gothenburg or Chalmers (requirement for approval of subletting according to the landlord). - Non-smoker, animal-free, and orderly.
