Hi, We are looking for a fourth resident for a commune/shared apartment in Maununneva! We are renting a 15 m² room in a house, 625 €/month + 20 € for water. The house is in very good condition, spacious and cozy: 6 rooms, kitchen, sauna, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, a large terrace and yard where we keep a small garden 🌱 and a separate storage. The location is right on the edge of Central Park in a tranquil residential area, with access to outdoor trails and in winter to ski tracks 😊. Three of us live in the house, Kirsti, Nina, and Jas. We are between 36-41 years old and work in various fields (optometry, theater, integration services). Some like to engage in all kinds of active hobbies like gym, swimming, bouldering, salsa... while some prefer more homely things. We like doing things together sometimes, for instance, cultural events, sauna, karaoke, board games, movie nights, gardening - or just chatting by the kitchen table. We also appreciate personal time and privacy at home. One of us is vegetarian, the rest are omnivores. We hope that you share somewhat the same values and energies 😌. Important values for us include non-discrimination, equality, and ecology. We also have four cats living with us, so hopefully you're animal-friendly - unfortunately, we can't accommodate other pets in the house 🙏. All are very affectionate and sociable.
