It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city (Nordstan) and 10-15 minutes to Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg. The apartment was built in 2023 and the environment is calm and relaxed with a grocery store, a small STC gym, a pizza and sushi restaurant in the same building and the building next door. The bus station (Tolvskillingsgatan or Sjupundsgatan) is about 1-3 minutes away. You have Slottskogen, Ruddalen, and Mariaplan within walking distance where you can enjoy nature, outdoor activities, and some city life with cozy cafes, and the sea at Askims beach is close by with the bus and bike. I would prefer if you are calm, responsible, and have good self-awareness. Furthermore, you need to be an animal lover as there are two cats at home that we all need to consider. I would like us to take the time to get to know each other and to be diligent about talking to each other and not about each other. We respect keeping it clean and tidy and you as a person are orderly and tidy, so this is not a concern for you and you are a person who does not smoke. You will rent the largest bedroom and be able to use the largest space, another will have the small bedroom and I will have a corner in the living room, which has always worked well. We who live here now are calm, like plants, nature, and among other things meditate and are easy to communicate with. One can stay as long as one wants on the condition that everything works well. About myself, I can tell you that I currently work and study to become an assistant nurse. Other time goes to personal interests such as reiki, meditation, gym training, and enjoying the sun and life. Your part of the rent will be 6300 SEK. I have the legal right to take out more, based on the area, and the apartments are also quite new (year 2023) but set this rent. Exclusively, we also share common costs such as electricity, water consumption, and wifi per person - which will then be three people. A separate contract is written with a two-month notice period, indefinitely, and one month deposit is included. We take turns buying toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap, and there will be a schedule for cleaning, which each of us is responsible for over the weekends Fri-Sun.
