Hello, We want to rent out our 2-room apartment in Södra Sofielund in Malmö until August 17, 2027. It has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new bathroom, newly wallpapered in gray-white tones, freshly painted, and with new white-oiled wooden floors in all rooms. It is just over 50 square meters and features two French balconies. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and faces south. It is furnished and there is a laundry room in the basement. We will have home insurance for the apartment and our possessions. We require a one-month rent as a deposit and references. We assume that you have a stable economy, are non-smokers, do not have pets, and take good care of the apartment. Move-in can occur as soon as the condominium association has approved you as a tenant. You must arrange your own electricity and internet contracts.
