Dining area with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker outside the room. Access to the kitchen and laundry room on the first floor is shared with the landlord by agreement. Wi-fi included. 10% of the electricity bill is extra. There is a dog in the household. Close to the bus stop, ICA, and train station. Note! It is not a permanent residence! Suitable for students or weekly commuters. Possibility of extension. Rent is paid in advance plus a month's rent in deposit before moving in. Move-in may occur earlier by agreement.
