I have a newly built 'attefallshus' of 30 sqm plus a 15 sqm loft in central Vårgårda, approximately a 10-minute walk to bus and train. Municipal water & sewage & fiber is installed, electricity, garbage collection, and a parking space next to the 'attefallshus' are included in the rent of 8140 SEK. Deposit upon moving in. Previews as water is being installed in the newly built 'attefallshus' hoping that moving in is possible by July 1, but it may possibly be July 15. The residence is close to the center, with a gym, golf (1.5 km), camping, school, etc. Operating costs for this residence are about 2100 SEK for cold rent. However, I have chosen to include these in the monthly rent.
