I am renting out my apartment in Oxelbergen for 12 months since I am moving to another place for work. Bus and tram stops and grocery stores are at most a 5-minute walk away and the city center is 10-15 minutes away. Residential parking is available on the street, and it is usually easy to find a spot nearby. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and broadband. The apartment can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished. An extended rental period might be possible. The tenant needs to be approved by the housing association's board, and references and employment are required.
