In the cottage, there is a small kitchenette with an oven, hotplates, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. There is no drainage or water in the cottage. Own toilet and shower with bathtub, as well as a possibility to do dishes, are available in the basement located next to the cottage. Washing machine and dryer are shared with us. The cottage is currently partially furnished but can of course be rearranged according to personal preference. The rent of 5500:- includes everything, i.e., electricity, water, broadband, and garbage collection, as well as parking in a carport. Note! The accommodation is suitable as a first home for young people or students. Therefore, we want the tenant to be between 18-26 years. Only one person can live in the cottage.
