I am looking for an orderly part-time (!) tenant for my two-room apartment in Sundbyberg where you will have your own bedroom as well as access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is perfect for someone working or studying in the Stockholm region during the week and is looking for comfortable overnight accommodation close to the subway, commuter trains, and tram - but who then has another home over the weekend. This arrangement is therefore only suitable for someone who mainly needs accommodation during the weekdays (e.g., weekly commuter). About the accommodation: • Private bedroom (10 sqm) furnished with a 180-bed and large wardrobe (note, no TV in the room) • Shared kitchen and bathroom • Internet (250/50), electricity, and water included • Good for someone who only needs accommodation during the workweek Access to the apartment: • Sunday: from 19:00 • Monday–Thursday: free access • Friday: until 19:00 • Saturday: no access (Of course, certain exceptions can be made for occasional needs) I will partly stay with my partner during the weeks, but will also spend time and overnight in the apartment (living room) on some weekdays, as well as during the weekend. Rent: 3,700 SEK/month Deposit: 3,700 SEK (i.e., 7,400 SEK total upon key handover) Other: • One month's mutual notice period • Own home insurance required (approx. 70 SEK/month via, for example, Hedvig) • Smoking not allowed • No pets • Overnight guests only by arrangement • Registering residence at the address is not possible I who live in the apartment am calm and conscientious and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
