For rent: The lower floor of a detached house in the center of Vaala, in a quiet location but close to all services. The apartment features a jacuzzi, a wood sauna, and a large fireplace that heats very well. On the terrace, there's also an old hot tub that needs a little love. The apartment also has an upper floor with its own entrance, which is used by the landlord for storage. There is plenty of private yard space, and we appreciate tenants with experience living in a detached house, as we live over 300 km away and cannot always assist. There is always small maintenance work to do in a detached house. The apartment is heated by electricity and wood. The electricity bill is heavily influenced in winter by how actively you heat with wood. The apartment currently has the furniture shown in the pictures, and after the pictures were taken, a double bed was placed in the bedroom, which can be moved to the upstairs storage if necessary. A medium-sized car fits in the garage. Credit information is checked, but it's not mandatory with certain justifications.
